Sun Up, Rain Falls, River Rises

Reimagine your seafront stroll with three new audio narratives exploring memories of home. Scan the QR code on each poster for audio and illustrations.

This project celebrates the following artists:

Phosphoros Theatre - Phosphoros Theatre is a charity that makes socially engaged performance with, for, and by refugees and asylum seekers. We make and hold space for those with forced migration backgrounds to voice, reflect on and respond to their lived experience, taking charge of the narratives that seldom include their perspective. We create nationally touring productions, deliver one-off and regular arts work with refugees, train professionals and provide paid work, training and development opportunities for refugee artists and youth workers.

Mira Siegel - Mira Siegel is a young, upcoming Danish-American composer, songwriter and singer, based in Aarhus, Denmark. Daughter of both a composer and a writer, she has grown up a creative and searching soul. With her ethereal voice and pensive, wistful music she manages to create her own personal musical atmosphere.

Pickle Illustration - Young illustration duo based in the East Midlands who find creative ways to connect people. Turning spaces into places with public art, creating community through shared experiences and turning boring communications into something with a bit more oomph.
