Ports Fest brings you a multimedia exhibition in partnership with the Mary Rose Museum
Submerged has been produced by Portsmouth Young Carers who have been working with creatives Linda Mason and Ricky Tart on an arts and heritage project. Using mixed media, the young carers have produced their own interpretations of the sinking of one of our most iconic ships the Mary Rose a key part of Portsmouth’s heritage. This exciting project has enabled Young Carers the chance to engage together following a global pandemic in a fun and creative way with a key part in Portsmouth history as well as increasing their creative media knowledge. This Project has provided an amplified voice to an extremely hard working and sometimes isolated group of young people.
